Rafael Alvarez
A proud family man, son, and husband, born in San José, Costa Rica, and deeply proud of my Latin roots.
I have had the privilege of being part of the evolution of the mobile communications industry, building my career from various perspectives: as a vendor and through direct and indirect distribution channels for the country’s leading operators.
Throughout this journey, integrity, respect, and a commitment to the customer have remained my fundamental pillars. My goal is to provide a distinctive experience, always placing the customer at the center and ensuring that every interaction fosters trust, creates value, and builds a lasting relationship.
I carry with me a motto that reflects my roots and my outlook on life: "Pura Vida." To me, it is far more than just an expression; it is a philosophy rooted in kindness, respect, warmth, and the conviction that human relationships must always come before any other interest.

I am Venezuelan, a mother of four beautiful children, a teacher by profession, and a faithful believer in God. I arrived in this beautiful country in 2002 with many dreams and goals. In 2013, I entered the mobile phone industry, where I discovered a great need for customer service rooted in integrity, warmth, genuine care, and empathy.
For this reason, my husband and I have now fulfilled one of our greatest dreams: opening a shop where you feel right at home and have the peace of mind that comes with being in good hands.
